HomeInternational Shipping for Compressor Parts

International Shipping for Compressor Parts

CSP supports B2B shipments to international customers using transport methods selected according to destination, shipment weight and dimensions, urgency, product classification and customs requirements. Depending on the shipment, options may include international courier, air freight, road freight or another agreed transport service.

Shipping Terms

Quotations state the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place where relevant. Typical arrangements may include FCA, CPT, CIP or DAP. EXW may be used where the buyer collects or controls transport. DDP is offered only when CSP confirms in writing that import clearance, duties and taxes can be handled at the destination. The Incoterm shown in the quotation takes priority over general website information.

Export & Customs Documentation

Documentation is prepared according to the shipment, destination and agreed commercial terms. Depending on the transaction, documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, customs declaration information, HS classification, country-of-origin information, certificate of origin or preferential/free-circulation documents where applicable.

EU Shipments and A.TR

For eligible goods in free circulation shipped from Türkiye to European Union member states, an A.TR Movement Certificate may be issued where applicable under the Türkiye-EU Customs Union framework. A.TR confirms the free-circulation status of the goods; it is not a certificate of origin. Eligibility depends on the goods, customs status and shipment procedure. For qualifying low-value exports processed under Türkiye’s Simplified Customs Declaration system, electronic A.TR procedures may also apply through authorized express operators.

Origin and Preferential Documents

Where preferential origin is relevant, the required proof depends on the applicable trade agreement and the origin rules for the goods. Documents such as EUR.1, an origin declaration or a Certificate of Origin are not interchangeable with A.TR. CSP will provide or arrange supporting documents only where the shipment and underlying supplier documentation permit them to be issued lawfully.

HS Codes and Country of Origin

HS classification and country-of-origin information are prepared on the basis of the goods supplied and available documentation. A compressor maintenance kit may contain components of different origins; packaging items together does not automatically create a new origin. Where additional origin evidence is required by the destination, it should be requested before shipment.

Lubricants, Chemicals and Transport Restrictions

Some lubricants, aerosols, chemicals, batteries or other regulated items may be subject to carrier restrictions or dangerous-goods rules. Shipment acceptance is determined by the product-specific transport classification, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), packaging, quantity, mode of transport and carrier requirements. CSP will not declare a regulated product as non-dangerous merely to reduce freight cost or simplify customs clearance.

Import Duties, Taxes and Destination Charges

Unless the quotation expressly states DDP or otherwise confirms seller-paid destination charges, import customs clearance, import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, storage, inspection fees and other destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers should verify local import requirements before ordering.

Transit Time and Partial Shipments

Freight and transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly accepted in writing. Customs inspections, airline capacity, border procedures, force majeure and carrier delays may affect delivery. Where agreed, available items may be shipped separately from backordered items; additional freight may apply.

Packing

Parts are packed for normal international transport according to product type and shipment method. Special export packing, wooden cases, moisture protection, palletization, fumigation-compliant wood packaging or project-specific labelling can be quoted when requested in advance.
