- Ignoring the serial range. The same compressor model can change components during its production life.
- Treating every cross-reference as exact. A cross-reference still needs application verification.
- Comparing price without product status. Original, manufacturer-branded and compatible items are not the same commercial proposition.
- Sending a list without quantities or destination. A technically correct list can still produce a slow quotation if the commercial basics are missing.
