Compressed-air dryers are separate machines with their own model, serial number and service parts. Refrigerant dryers and adsorption dryers use different operating principles and therefore different maintenance components.
For refrigerant dryers, common enquiries can involve drains, fans, controllers, sensors, valves, heat exchangers and refrigeration-related components. Exact refrigerant-system work should be handled by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable regulations.
For adsorption dryers, part selection can involve desiccant type and quantity, valves, mufflers, purge components, check valves, filters, sensors and controls. Desiccant should not be selected solely by bead color or visual appearance. Dryer design, operating pressure, temperature, flow and required dew point all influence the correct solution.
When requesting dryer parts, send the dryer nameplate, model, serial number, requested component reference and photos. If the enquiry concerns desiccant, include dryer model and the existing material information if available.
Technical information is provided for identification and procurement support only. Always follow the equipment manufacturer’s service, safety and installation instructions.
