Service kits simplify planned maintenance by grouping components intended to be changed together. Depending on the machine and maintenance interval, a kit may contain filters, seals, O-rings, gaskets, valves or other service items. The exact contents can vary by model revision, serial range and kit supersession.
Do not assume that two kits with similar descriptions contain the same parts. “2000-hour”, “4000-hour”, “8000-hour”, annual, valve, dryer or overhaul kits are manufacturer-specific concepts and can differ significantly between compressor families.
For kit enquiries, send the kit number if known and always add the machine model and serial number when possible. If you need CSP to build a maintenance package from separate components, state the maintenance interval and machine data clearly. A custom package assembled for commercial convenience is not automatically the same as an original manufacturer kit.
For export orders, the commercial description and origin treatment of a bundled kit may depend on the actual components and customs classification. Packaging several items in one box does not by itself make them one technical component or change their origin.
